Litchfield Hills Adult Day Care is a privately owned center based on the Social Model of adult day care. It is designed for individuals who need supervision and recreation, but do not require extensive personal care or medical monitoring. We saw the growing need for stimulating activities for seniors in the area and wanted to create a comforting atmosphere in which to provide this service.
 
Opening this center has given caregivers some much needed respite along with peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and in capable hands. The center is an affordable alternative to other healthcare options. It gets seniors out of the house, helps them to be more active, and gives them the option of socializing with peers in a structured, home-like environment. We offer a variety of supervised activities, scheduled entertainment and nutritious hot meals.
